The merit list will be made on the basis of academic weightage of the elibility qualification.

M.Tech (Instrumentation) will be made by admitting
GATE qualified candidates.
The
merit list will be prepared according to the
following criteria:

Academic Weightage: 50%
Academic
Weightage will be based on the percentage
of marks obtained by the eligible candidates
in the qualifying examination (B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc.)
2.
If any seats remain unfilled the same will
be filled by admitting candidates on the basis
of OCET merit.
The
merit list will be prepared according to th
e following criteria:
Entrance
Test (OCET): 50%
Academic Weightage: 50%
Academic
Weightage will be based on the percentage
of marks obtained by the eligible candidates
in the qualifying examination (B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc.)

The GATE qualified Candidates need not appear
in the OCET-2008.
