Its resolution is 1 Nanometer and particle of size of 5nm can easily be viewed. Attached EDS gives Elemental Composition and EDS mapping maps FESEM image with different colors to see the distribution of various elements in image.

Sample Requirements:

1. Any liquid sample which can be dried easily. For nano particles its food to suspend particle in solution and sonicate it for better results. Quantity: 1ml or less
2. Any powder sample can be done. Avoid magnetic samples as it can damage instruments. Quantity: 1mg or less
3. Any Solid sample can be done. Size should be less than 1 inch and Height Should be less than 4cm.
