Department has very recently installed UV-VIS-NIR Spectrophotometer - Lambda 750 from Perkin Elmer, USA. This instrument is double beam type having frequency a well as time base scanning in the 190 nm - 3300 nm range. It can be used to observe spectra of organic as well as inorganic compounds. The instrument has following accessories to analyse different kind of samples under different environmental conditions.
Sample Requirement
In direct beam option, 5-10 ml sample is required. For specular reflectance the samples with reflective surface are required.
